Positive: It was very clean, peaceful and it felt very private. There were all of the basic equipment you need to stay for a few days. The kitchen was very well equipped and we received excellent communication from the host. There were sheep and lots of wildlife around that we could see out of the window.

Negative: It was difficult to find in the dark, thankfully we were able to call up and got an answer straight away.

Positive: Great facilties, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely location, the welcome party of sheep was a nice surprise. Stayed in winter but was lovely and warm inside. Look forward to returning in the summer.

Negative: Being really picky here, but a double bed for 2 adults was a bit on the small size.

Positive: The welcome cookies were a lovely gesture. The location was beautiful, just rolling fields an tranquility from all angles, but only a short drive to amenities if need. Beautiful walks on your doorstep, just what we were looking for.

Negative: To be honest i don't really want to write anything negative as it was set in such a peaceful location and a real bargain in terms of price. My only constructive criticism would be the cleanliness, but everyones standards differ it just wasn't to my expectations, but don't let this put you off giving this place a try as in terms of location and hosts you won't be disappointed.

Positive: Location was fantastic, very quiet and calm. It was very well placed for our visit. It was quite easy to find. We enjoyed watching the hares in the morning, and hearing the sheep throughout the evening. The facilities were excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: There's no Internet at the cottage, and that is clearly stated in the description.
