Positive: Best place to stay during the Arts festival. Close to everything, very comfortable. I love that they have electric blankets, hot water bottles, warm gowns and a gas heater, really made our stay very cozy! The host is very responsive, we were really taken care of!

Positive: Well thought out room with everything you could need; very comfortable beds and although we had cold weather we were warm and cosy at night. Breakfast was exceptional!!! Spacious room with lovely garden, great to have off street parking.
