Summary: Nice and functional apartment and very helpful with a parking space in the basement. The view from the balcony is very nice and the apartment has what you need for a family vacation, but some wear and tear in the apartment. A bit of a walk to shops and restaurants though. We stayed after the peak season and water in the pool was no longer heated and thus a bit cold for a swim. Our two oldest kids didn't mind, but our youngest was a bit reluctant. Had some minor issues, but it was dealt with by Andres and team very efficiently. Overall good value for money though

Summary: You have to collect the keys from a lockbox at an office located five minutes drive from the property. The apartment is located in a big block and the check in instructions were not clear what apartment block, floor or apartment number as it was all just shown as the address in Spanish. As we arrived late evening this was very frustrating, we called the office but only an answerphone so had to send a WhatsApp. When the details were confirmed we still had trouble accessing the property as the keys did not fit very well. The property is clean with good quality furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped but very small with no work surfaces for food preparation, there also was no kettle as advertised so had to boil water in saucepan. The pool area is very clean and you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. The balcony is spacious and has a nice view of the pool and sea. Clearer check in and a manual in the property as to WiFi, how to access the pool, parking etc would have improved our stay. We felt we were just given a big bunch of keys and left to it, when we sent a message via Vrbo re the keys not working and no kettle we didn’t get a response.

Summary: El apartamento es muy amplio, muy cómodo, con lo ultimo en domótica. Una TV de 65 pulgadas y lo mejor la terraza que es muy agradable. La piscina y las zonas comunes de la comunidad están muy bien. Situado en zona tranquila. Cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y además de buenas marcas. Camas de matrimonio muy amplias.
