Positive: The staff were extremely helpful and very cheerfully.we discovered the restaurants in Festa had closed so they provided us with coffee and teamaking facilities .

Negative: We weren't notified that the restaurant and bar had closed until next year's holiday season but maybe that was booking.coms fault.

Summary: We loved the Seaview, the private beach directly in front of the hotel, the 24° sunny weather ,

Positive: We had sea view suite with half board. Quite big suite, nice view next to the lift. There was always sunbed both at the pool and at the beach. The food was ok (sometimes really good), we had enough choices. Personnel is really nice. They waited for us at late check-in and they provided prepacked cold dinner. The room was clean.

Negative: Since our room was next to the lift, we always heard the creaks of the lift. Despite non smoking room, the room always smelled cigarette, it was coming from the airco. All furniture is so uncomfortable to sit on it. The matrass is really-really bad/uncomfortable/overused. The closet smelled like mold, we couldn't use it.

Summary: Really budget friendly hotel which had better days.

Positive: This is one of the best Hotels in Bulgarian Black See.The stuff und also the All inclusive food was amazing.This hotel have one of the best ALL inclusive in Bulgaria. I will not forgot to say about the private beach and the water of the see...like crystal.This is the best place for vacation.

Positive: The view from the room was very nice. The swimming pools were big and nice.

Negative: Food was average and with not a big variety. The room was clean but it was seen that is worn out and its best days have been long time ago. The hotel doesn't have it's own beach and if you want to se the public one, it is 15 Euro per day. The hotel also doesn't offer a free parking. The worse part was the fact that we had to stay only one night (made by direct reservation) and due to personal circumstances we couldn't stay the rest of the days, but while we asked for at least a partial refund we were refused.

Positive: The rooms are good size. The staff is very friendly and nice. The beach is close , and the swimming pool is nice.

Negative: When I booked our holiday I expected to have a free breakfast, but we don't have. This information is not clear on the site.
