Positive: The room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, lots of options and first time we have ever got a hot breakfast delivered to our room which was great as usually by the time it is delivered to the room it is cold. We had dinner in the bar and it was lovely and tasty, great portion sizes. I got the pasta and my partner got the chefs special sweet and sour chicken.

Negative: We booked this hotel with the intention of getting a treatment in the spa. Unfortunately, we were told that the lady who does treatments doesn't work on Sundays and Mondays and we arrived on a Sunday of course. This was quite disappointing as there was no mention of this on the website. Also, the seating in the bar where there are couches is quite uncomfortable as they are too small for the tables. However, overall it was a pleasant stay.

Summary: Comfortable stay with nice staff and good food. Spa closed on Sundays and Mondays for treatments.

Positive: We had a thoroughly good overnight stay that included an excellent buffet breakfast- we also had an excellent dinner in the hotel's Reeds Restaurant.

Negative: Corridors from bar and dining areas to lifts and rooms were somewhat narrow and dated, which was the only con aspect of the Hotel.
