Positive: Access and view was outstanding. Beautiful place to watch sunrise and take in the beauty of the area. Plenty of paper towels, paper plates and toilet paper as well as laundry detergent was a plus.

Negative: The place needs a refresh and update. The floors slope and I could never get the cabinet doors to stay shut. The main areas were clean for the most part but there were layers of dust on pictures and wall decor so a deep clean might help.

Summary: A nice getaway with a great outdoor space to enjoy the view.

Negative: There are two lock boxes for keys. Though the directions correctly pointed out which one was operable, it still was somewhat confusing. Also, unit cleanliness could be improved.

Positive: loved the beach access and location in town. Staff/owners were very friendly. Being able to do laundry and have space with a kitchen was great for this family.

Negative: all the stairs to get to the rental unit. however the view in the evening was beautiful.
