Positive: Clean, spacious apartment with a very comfortable bed and a pleasant view of the castle ruins. Conveniently located near the bus stop, train station, and the river crossing. Free parking and space for bicycles. The host was very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for exploring the valley.

Positive: Everything was perfect, the apartment had all that was needed. The location was briliant and it provided a free parking space. The host was very friendly and had a lot od apricot products to sell. The marmalade was amazing! Even if very hot outside, it was very fresh inside. Lovely wineries within walking distance.

Negative: Everything was perfect. Just the bed made a bit noises when moving around..

Summary: Lovely place in Wachau, friendly owner and perfect location for trips on bikes or walking/ trekking.

Positive: Spacious,bright, clean, well thought out floor plan, beautiful furnishings (including dishes and glassware provided),very functional appliances, a brand new apartment home in a historic building. A perfect location with views to die for from every single one of the many windows (upriver, downriver, vineyards, a ruin that is lit up at night), convenient to a grocery store and many restaurants and cafes, easy parking, and for those who want it, a bus stop and a ferry across the river both close by. A very kind and considerate host who also makes various products from his own orchards and pairs his commitment to tradition with a modern approach in both hosting and producing various drinks and foods from local fruit

Negative: I liked every single aspect of our stay.

Positive: Clean and comfortable room, situated in a lovely countryside scenery. Great place to stay for hiking, wine-tasting and consuming apricots and apricot products. Its location equidistant from Melk and Krems makes it also particularly convenient for bicycle trips along the Danube river. Heurigen (taverns with local wine) in the vicinity are worth exploring (we loved, in particular, Gruber's Heuriger with a lovely terrace).
