Die Protagonisten: Der kleine Fluss Alb, der direkt entlang der längsten Grundstücksseite dahinfließt und die wunderschöne Landschaft nach Süden hin, wo der Schwarzwald hangabwärts fast bis ans Grundstück heranreicht. Da ist alleine der Ausblick die beste Voraussetzung für "Urlaub pur "! Alle Wohnungen öffnen sich nach Süden und holen viel Licht, Luft und Sonne ins Innere. Der Gartenbereich erstreckt sich bis zum Alb-Ufer hin und schafft einen direkten den Zugang zum Wasser und dem angrenzenden Wald. Der Schwarzwaldstrand - Wasserfreuden, Waldidylle. Die L-Form der Anlage verlegt ihren eigentlichen "Brennpunkt" ins Freie, auf die Terrasse und den Albstrand, und schafft ausreichend Privatsphäre, denn jede Wohneinheit hat einen eigenen, von den Nachbarn kaum einsehbaren Außenbereich.
