Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind der ideale Ausgangspunkt für eine vielfältige und abwechslungsreiche Freizeitgestaltung auf der schwäbischen Alb. Der Stadtteil Bronnen der Stadt Gammertingen ist ca. 2km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und liegt im malerischen Tal der Lauchert und direkt an der Hohenzollernstrasse, einer deutschen Ferienstrasse. Sie führt quer durch das frühere Land der Hohenzollern vom oberen Neckar über die Schwäbische Alb und das Donautal bis fast zum Bodensee. Das Ferienhaus liegt inmitten eines kleinen sehr ruhigen Wohngebiets. Es ist ein freistehendes Eckhaus. Ein Einfamilienhaus (Mankai) mit Einliegerwohnung (Dachs). Es ist ein mit Garten mit Teich vorhanden. Keine Durchgangsstraße, Ausflugsziele direkt in und um Bronnen sind z. B. der Wasserspielplatz neben dem Rathaus in Bronnen, die Freizeitanlage zwischen Bronnen und Gammertingen und der keltische Baumhoroskop-Pfad zwischen dem Wasserspielplatz in Bronnen und der Freizeitanlage. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite verläuft die Wacholderheide mit dem Wendelstein. In Gammertingen direkt ist der Skulpturenweg. Ob Familienurlaub, Unternehmungen zu Zweit oder allein, mit oder ohne Hund, zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet die Schwäbische Alb ein vielfältiges und umfangreiches Freizeitangebot. Wandern, Radfahren, Inlineskaten, entlang der Lauchert, Besichtigungen von Burgen, Schlössern, Klöstern, Höhlen, Kletter- und Freizeitparks, Motorradfahren im Laucherttal und der herrlichen Umgebung. z.B.Schloss Sigmaringen, Burg Hohenzollern, Schloss Lichtenstein, Kloster Beuron, Kloster Zwiefalten, Bärenhöhle, Wimsener Höhle, Nebelhöhle sind jeweils ca. 20-30 km entfernt. Bodensee und Schwarzwald ca. 80 km, Parken kann man entweder direkt in der Garageneinfahrt oder entlang der Straße. Die Wohnung Mankai hat eine überdachte Terrasse, Dachs eine Sitzgelegenheit im Garten. Der Garten mit Teich ist eingezäunt. Wlan kostenlos, Jede Wohnung hat eine eigene Waschmaschine. Unsere Ferienwohnung hat eine Größe von 100qm und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, WC, Waschmaschine und ein Gäste-WC. Darüber hinaus steht eine separate Küche zur Verfügung ausgestattet mit Einbauküche mit Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine sowie ein Außenbereich mit überdachter Terrasse und eigenem Gartenanteil. Sie ist nach den Kriterien des DTV mit 3 Sternen zertifiziert und ist komfortabel und funktional eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar ist dezent und unaufdringlich. Alles lädt zur Entspannung in kuscheliger Atmosphäre ein.
