Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Loffenau inmitten einer begnadeten Schwarzwald-Landschaft. Trotz bester Aussichtslage sind die Wege kurz zu den zentralen Einrichtungen der Dorfgemeinde. Die Erdgeschoss-Wohnungen sind barrierefrei zu erreichen und bieten jeweils bis zu 3 Personen Platz.
