Negative: The toilet and bathroom not clean and there was mould (see photos). The apartment was rather cluttered with unnecessary items and things left by other guests. There was a lack of power sockets and one broken one behind the bed. There is no TV. The host did not come to meet us or collect the city tax, we had to fill in our personal details ourselves on a piece of paper that was scribbled on. There was personal information from previous guests left in the apartment.

Positive: The apartment is spacious, with a lot of light. The bed very comfortable and the views from the balcony amazing (actually, the balcony together with free parking is maybe the best about this acomodation). There are a few restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Also a bus stop but you can reach the citycentre on foot in about 20 minutes.

Negative: All the dishes and the kitchenware were greasy and dirty and we had to wash up everything before using it. However, there was no cleaning sponge, just an old cloth that smelled really badly. There were also not even two matching wine glasses, which naturally is a triviality, but makes difference.

Positive: The location. Easy walk to the centre of Graz. Food shop opposite, very convenient. Nice and spacious with a balcony. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice and clean and comfortable. Friendly host and clear arrival instructions.
