Positive: We actually stayed at a different property as the owner had a leak in the apartment booked but she was brilliant at letting us know and arranging an alternative that in many ways was better than what we had booked. Tina was lovely and made sure we were happy with the replacement accommodation.

Negative: Alternative accommodation had very steep stairs and the toilet was 2 floors down from the bedroom.

Summary: Lovely stay in a pretty little village with excellent views of Rhine
