Summary: My 6 siblings, daughter and her 1 & 4 year old plus my nephew, niece and son in law traveled to Colorado for a wedding celebration in Longmont. This 5,000 foot home gave us plenty of space to gather for meals together, accommodate vastly different bedtimes by utilizing all 3 levels without disturbing those who wished to retire early. We hiked on the nearby trails every morning enjoying a spectacular view of the mountains and bird watching. Van was a gracious and understanding host. We all left with an incredibly positive memory of our stay in Erie. Thank you!

Summary: We were a party of 11 with two infant children and the house was perfect for us to celebrate Christmas 2024 together. Clean, warm and very well equipped. Grandparents from Florida so didn’t know if they would stay warm in such a large house but it was perfect. We didn’t have kitchen towels when we arrived but they were very quick to provide them when I asked. Great communication with the property manager. Highly recommend this house.

Summary: This property in Erie was a great place for a big group. It's in a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants 7 minutes down the road. Was centrally located while we were visiting people in Lafayette, Denver and Fort Collins. We had 2 families stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 3 levels in the home, lots of areas to sit in, to watch tv and to work. Had a big open kitchen, all bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed to make food. We also loved that there was a trail system across the street to walk through. Host was also very nice and communicative!

Summary: We were visiting Boulder for my daughter's wedding and this was the perfect home for my husband and I to stay along with other family members in town for the special occasion. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The layout of the house is great for guests to congregate as well as have private spaces. The kitchen was well equipped. We found the home to be conveniently located between the Denver International Airport and Boulder. The drive into Boulder provides panoramic views of the mountains. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Thanks again for helping to make this an amazing trip.

Summary: Our group were in town to see CU Football game. The house was great for our group of ten. The host provided all the info for accessing the home the week of and the house was exactly as advertised on VRBO. The location was great. The house is located in a nice community with easy access to both Boulder & Demver. Would definitely stay again if we visit the area again.
