Thank you for considering our home for your holiday. Our one story home is 3500 SF has a front living room with pool table and an office. There is a family room/kitchen combination with an informal dining table. There is a large 20 by 40 foot heated pool with diving board, Day to day heating included. Two days prior to arrival there is a separate $200 pool heat up fee. (Cost per night for unheated pool $450, additional heating pool fee is our cost to heat pool) A separate 6 person hot tub, a pergola with table and chairs, two chaise lounges, a furnished back porch and a covered kitchen patio with Traeger and gas grill for your enjoyment. Robes, slippers, highend towels and USB ports in each bedroom are just a few of the extras provided to make your stay a special luxurious time. No Pets

Summary: Beautifully appointed and delightful stay at this desert gem. Jim and Ann put so much consideration into ensuring everyone enjoys their time here. From yard games and pool floats, to games and puzzles, to the most comfortable beds…every detail has been considered. The kitchen could not have been better stocked and the outdoor area is perfection for enjoying the pool and spa or catching a game on the outdoor television. A quick walk in the neighborhood and you’ll find several parks for the kids with a basketball court, soccer goal and play equipment. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We loved our time with you!

Summary: Property worked perfect for our group of 4 couples. Clean, spacious, tons of amenities (more than we expected)! Outside living space was absolutely beautiful! Pool, hot tub, firepit, lanai, outside kitchen area, pergola and much, much more! We just loved this home! Summary: We had a wonderful vacation. The hosts were wonderful and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing family vacation. The pool and the hot tub were great and thoroughly enjoyed by all of us! We had a great time and didn’t want to leave.

Summary: Everything about our stay at this property was beyond our expectations. The owners Jim and Ann went way out of way to welcome us and personalize our visit. They are super gracious and were genuinely dedicated to making sure that all of our needs were met. The house is immaculate and had every amenity imaginal for both adults and small children. The pool, hot tub, barbecues and lounging areas in the backyard were so amazing and private that my family of six rarely wanted to leave property. I have zero reservations about recommending this property and my entire family is hopeful to return in the future.

Summary: We have been traveling and using VRBO FOR 15 years. This was, by far, the most well equipped and beautiful home we have rented. Ann and Jim were wonderful, they provided us with a couple of lovely surprises, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would give 10 stars if we could!!!

Summary: Jim and Ann are just great people. This won't capture it all but they let us check in 6 hours early, met us at the house, embroidered personal hand towels for us and had popcorn and cookies ready for the kids. Even ordered a fuzzy blue chair for our son to use since there was already a pink one our daughter claimed. They showed us around the house and described how to use everything. We have stayed at 20+ vacation homes in the past few years and Jim and Ann's has more amenities than any other we've stayed at by far. You can read the property description about the pool, hot tub, grills, etc., and its 100% accurate, but it's the people that made our stay special.

Summary: From the minute we stepped foot on the property, to the minute we left, we were welcomed with open arms and hospitality. The owners could not have been more kind. The resort style house had every amenity you could think of, the house is amazing, the porch and pool areas were outstanding. My Mom, Sister and I have been staying at VRBO houses for 10+ years and this is by the far the best A to Z. Would highly recommend this house to anyone...

Summary: Our family and friends absolutely loved our stay at this clean and well stocked home. The outdoor living space was phenomenal with super comfortable lounge chairs, couches, dining chairs and fire table seating area. The kids spent all week in the pool and loved the diving board, basketball hoop and floaties. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Pantry well stocked with lots of essentials. Lots of room for our personal belongings as well. Would definitely stay there again. Ann and Jim were gracious hosts and made our stay very comfortable and spoiled us with a few surprises :)
