Positive: Very comfortable beds, plenty of space to hang out, and the kitchen has everything you need for longer stays.

Negative: Couldn’t find the parking spot without asking the neighbour for help. Fortunately she was very nice, but clearly frustrated by everyone parking in the wrong place.

Positive: no hassle, straightforward, all very good and as described, very happy with Fayrewood house.

Negative: bathroom hot tap needs new tap washer so continually ran, kitchen hot tap also drip dripped, toilet flush also ran, so a few small jobs for a plumber. Rear gate has dropped so deadbolt doesnt align properly., Not being picky as no major problems, just giving feedback so things can be improved by owner/ agent.

Positive: Passed through front door and insjde was fine and well equipped.

Negative: First impressions could have been a lot better. Good clean up of window sills and sweep especially the back pathway. Also heating would have been appreciated especially in the morning.

Positive: Lovely small house.. Single bed was a bit creaky everytime you moved. Everything you needed was supplied.

Negative: What a shame the garden had been totally neglected, it should be a bonus but it distracted from the house being a great little find. Area outside the front of the house could have been better kept but l don't think that was the responsibility of the owner. But we would stay again.

Summary: Very good, well priced within easy reach of most attractions and coast.

Positive: A nice, comfortable, clean, well presented home which on the whole is well equipped..

Negative: Parts of the kitchen needed an extra clean. The washing machine drawer was clogged and had mould, I gave it a quick clean. The washing line needs attention and more pegs.
