Summary: Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel.

Summary: For having for stars and comparing to 3 strata in Siena, this hotel was not worthy the money. Pee smell in bathroom. No proper shampoo, needed to buy a cap for the pool. The gym was good!

Summary: The installations are in poor conditions. Restaurant - service is unfriendly and the food served was some of the worst we have ever had. The setting and the exterior of the building are unmatchable, but the interior of the building is dated and in poor conditions.

Summary: One night’s stay at Fattoria for me, my husband and our 17 year old. The hotel is geared up for a family who love their activities - a full timetable of events, football, tennis, a mini farm and 3 pools. The main pool area was lovely, with a well-stocked pool bar. One thing worth noting, as is sometime the Italian way, this hotel has swimming caps as compulsory. My 17 yr old was not impressed. I think this should be made clear on the website as he did not go in the pool as a result!! (I bought a cap for 4 euros and had a great swim!). We ate in the pizzeria on site (about 15 mins walk - it’s a large site!) We ate outside and could see the outdoor grill/chef busy at work. Good value and great service. Hotel bar had a good atmosphere so we had a drink before bed. Breakfast was served buffet-style in a large room. All very nice. Bedroom was abit dated but OK, we all slept well. Lots of parking spaces. We visited Castiglione della Pescaia but it was very busy and hot. Looked lovely but we didn’t stay long. All in all, lots on offer if you want it. Good hotel in a great spot.
