Positive: The location is both practical (near the autoroute) and still quiet (at the edge of an industrial area)

Negative: The building appears to be in a process of renovation, but is a bit run down and could use a good refresh. It’s also a bit tricky to find as the signage is incomplete.

Summary: Convenient and does the job for a quick night’s sleep.

Positive: It is a cheap hotel, previously Premiere Classe, now called Fasthotel. Located in a small hotel zone on the outskirts of Reims, it is easily accessible by car with free parking. The room is very small and the bathroom even smaller, but I already know this style of cheap hotels and I am prepared to accept it when I pay reasonable (low) price for it. For a short one-night sleep it is OK. There was not much noise from outside and everything more-less worked as expected, The receptionist spoke English and even replied to e-mails and phone calls, which is not always a case. So it is "you get what you paid for", but not bad for its cheap price.

Negative: The opening hours of the reception published here on booking.com were incorrect, the reception is open between 6:15-12:00 and between 16:00-23:00 hours on weekdays, they start at 7:00 on weekends. The receptionist luckily confirmed it to me on my request, as we arrived long after 21:00, which was the time published on booking.com.

Negative: Building is looking tired. Directions taken from booking. Com website took you to main road along the back of hotel and not the door, spent a while trying to find it. You need to warn guests who are visiting area that there is a low emissions zone near hotel and need to purchase stickers for vehicle in advance as there is the possibility of a hefty fine, once your there it's too late, some advance warning would have been helpful
