Summary: Lovely Chateau in one breath: Great Location Amazing Staff Fantastic Food The other breath: Toilet Flush not working (it was mended in the morning but left trying to fill all night, noisy and an “polite” guests not useable) and no apologies on check out. Water in a decanter in the room a nice touch , but warm, had a feeling it had been there a few hours!

Summary: Beautiful hotel well worth it. Service was very good, even charging our hybrid rental for us without asking and providing water and umbrellas for our day trips. We ate at both restaurants, both were excellent. Not an overload of food or courses like some other Michelin star restaurants in the area. Breakfast was simple but good (if a little pricey). Convenient to Pommery and Veuve (walking distance) and downtown Reims (a short drive). Highly recommended.

Summary: This place exceeded all of our expectations and wildest dreams. Everything was perfect - from the well appointed room and kind staff, to the most delicious food at dinner and breakfast. Wished we stayed for longer but it’s now on our “must come back” list. Such a gorgeous and special place in Reims.
