Positive: The home itself is beautifully furnished—elegant, functional, and clearly designed with care. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking at home super convenient. The in-unit washer and dryer were a major plus for a longer stay, and the small backyard area was a lovely bonus. The location is also great—very central, with easy access to downtown, shopping, and lots of dining options. That said, there were a few challenges during my stay that future guests might want to be aware of. Unfortunately, my car was broken into twice while parked in the designated lot. I noticed broken glass was already on the ground the first time it happened, so it may not have been an isolated incident. I shared this with the hosts and suggested something like a motion-sensor light or security camera, but nothing was added during my stay. After the second break-in, I didn’t receive a response at all. Additionally, the A/C failed and the toilet overflowed, flooding the first floor, which forced us to relocate to another property so repairs could be made. The hosts did handle the repairs, and were very communicative, but it was a pretty disruptive experience. Lastly, just a heads-up that the walls are quite thin—conversations and daily noise from neighbors were noticeable. Overall, the space has a lot of great qualities, but depending on your priorities, it’s worth weighing the pros and cons.

Positive: Very tastefully decorated, super clean, with thoughtful touches, like a tower of flavored coffee pods for your morning coffee. Fully stocked kitchen, huge tv, comfortable furnishings, and convenient located and only 15 minutes to downtown. Besides that, Michael was very responsive, addressed anything I needed, which made it easy for me to renew my stay.

Negative: I wish there was a motion sensored light in the parking lot. That’s all. Everything Else was great
