Positive: The property was well decorated and equipped, spotless and comfortable. Conveniently located and easy parking just outside the property. We had a lovely stay, thank you.
Negative: Getting into the property wasn't smooth as the key code of the lock box was provided via their portal but when logging in it was no longer accessible. Spent about 20min or so outside the property in the scorching sun but finally managed to get in after speaking to a member of staff.
