Summary: Parking is free on the road outside the hotel, the hotel is in the High Street so all shops are very close. Stairs to the rooms are a little steep but not excessive, this is an old hotel be expect creaky floor's.

Summary: We stayed after a visit to the Farmer’s Dog. Lovely hotel in the centre of Burford. Great staff, super room and a wonderful breakfast. Explored Burford this morning for a long walk after food. Very much recommended. Thank you.

Summary: We arrived and there were old dirty towels still in bathroom ( in a bin) , had to ask for soap, ( little squirt bottles) gave us one. Carpets were filthy throughout property. Upholstery was dirty. No bed made second morning. Traffic was very loud. This did not meet the expectations of a premium room. Plug for bath had a broken chain, very hard to pull up. Got a key ring from front desk to make it easier. I mean, this is not premium by any stretch. Very disapointing. Plenty other choices, that would be my choice next time. Positives, breakfast was outstanding. Could be so much better
