Positive: Great alternative accommodation and excellent location We originally booked a double room at Farmhouse Lodge, but due to maintenance issues with the room, the property offered us a full house in Vík instead, at no additional cost. We were very happy with this solution. The house was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and parking. The location in Vík was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. Having an entire house to ourselves was a wonderful surprise and made our stay very comfortable. The only difficulty was that communication with the property was a little slow, and we received the check-in instructions quite late, so we had to contact Booking.com customer service for assistance. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with our stay and truly appreciate that the property offered us such a wonderful alternative. Thank you for providing us with the house in Vík — it turned out to be a fantastic option for our trip!
