This farmhouse, completely renovated in country house style, for a maximum of 15 people is located in Mittersill in Salzburgerland, offers a great view of the mountain panorama of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region from the spacious terrace and is located directly in the KitzSki ski area.
The country house offers a large living/dining area with a modern integrated fully equipped kitchen, on the first floor 4 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite (2 bedrooms have their own balcony), on the second floor 2 further bedrooms (one of them with a balcony). For bikers in summer and ski fans in winter, there is a lockable garage in the adjacent building. The ski and boot room is equipped with a boot dryer. There is also a beautiful garden and you can park right by the house.
The house owner provides guests with a barrier key for the private path to the "Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen". This means you can get to the slopes of the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg - Mittersill (KitzSki) ski area with 234 kilometers of slopes and 57 comfortable lifts quickly and easily, and of course back again!
Mittersill is known for its many activities and central location in summer. The area offers numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities, an 18-hole golf course and several mountain bike trails. You can also explore the area by bike via the Tauern cycle path. The bathing lakes in Niedernsill, Hollersbach and Uttendorf as well as the public swimming pools in Stuhlfelden and Mittersill offer lots of bathing fun in summer!
Directly in Mittersill there are enough shops for your daily needs as well as a wide selection of restaurants.

Summary: Die Bilder Online versprechen nicht zu viel, sehr schönes Haus mit gepflegter Außenanlage und super Panoramablick. Es ist alles vorhanden, auch um 12 Leute zu bekochen. Alles ist sehr sauber, der Vermieter sehr Hilfsbereit, nett und immer zu erreichen.

Summary: Excellent accommodation with great views! A modern smart house in which we had great relaxation. A lot of things are controlled by automation. We really liked the living kitchen - it has all the equipment you can think of - including tea thermoses, coffee machine for beans and great built in Miele devices. Awesome outdoor seating area with barbecue and automatically operated parasol and 'fountain'. It is impossible to be dissatisfied in this accommodation :-)

Summary: Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Bruno, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wir durften zwei Stunden früher in das Haus rein und auch die Abreisezeit konnte flexibel ausgesucht werden. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und es gibt von Toaster und Brotschneidemaschine über Kaffeevollautomat und Wasserkocher wirklich sämtliche Küchengeräte, die man kennt. Sogar Spülmaschinentabs waren vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön und sauber und komplett mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Hotel :-) Der große Garten ist wunderschön und mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Kugelgrill ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Wanderrouten in der Nähe. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Summary: Wundervoll einsam gelegenes altes Bauernhaus mit Traumblick, komplett durchrenoviert und bis ins letzte Detail liebevoll gestaltet. Grosser Sonnenbalkon nach Süden. Einstieg ins Skigebiet dank Abkürzung in wenigen Minuten ab Breitmoos sehr angenehm. Vermieter jederzeit hilfsbereit. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
