Completely off-grid, The Rocks Studio is perched high amongst giant, granite boulders on a one hundred acre, working, sheep property. It enjoys truly spectacular views– near and far– across the Great Dividing Range. The superb landscape is a magnet for artists and photographers. As well, far from city lights, The Rocks is a star gazers paradise. An hour from Melbourne– a million miles from care.

The Rocks Studio is completely separate from the main house. It is accessed via 6 steps and through a terraced, dry-stone walled garden. The property has remarkable views across open paddocks strewn with huge granite boulders. A perfect place to experience a sense of vastness under an endless sky.

Summary: The place surrounding with the greeny and lovely animals is incredibly beautiful and quiet. The room with a big window facing to the prairie is neat and everything was prepared. Owners are lovely and friendly. Just amazing!

Summary: We found our stay at the Rocks to be peaceful and relaxing. Yes it is a compact studio, but it had everything we needed to keep us comfortable! It was a wonderful place to unwind, explore and watch the changing weather roll in.
