Unwind by our large pool (open May 20 – September 5), complete with a shaded pergola—perfect for sunbathing or lounging with a good book. For outdoor fun, take advantage of the horseshoe pit and badminton setup. Ample indoor and outdoor seating makes this home ideal for gatherings of any kind.
Inside, you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, cookware, and a coffee maker—just bring your favorite foods, beverages, and morning brew. We provide one set of linens per guest, but please remember to bring your own pool towels.
While there is no cell service at the property, our Wi-Fi ensures you can still stay connected.

Summary: This place has literally everything you need for an awesome getaway. House has A/C, plenty of room for everyone and the river right across the street. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: Our family loved the big, secluded property with the pool, pool table, board games, and outdoor games. There was plenty of room for our big family to cook and eat and hang out. We almost felt guilty leaving every day to explore the state parks and lakes and waterfalls! It would have been just as good as a staycation never leaving the house, but we enjoyed all upstate NY has to offer. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals at home and eat outside or inside. The only thing I noticed it didn't have was a hair dryer (I assumed most places had them now so I didn't bring one- whoops) or extra trash bags (maybe we just didn't find them). We picked up trash bags and it was no big deal- just sharing so others come prepared. It had everything else we could have needed. Loved being able to do laundry there. The host was so attentive and helpful if we had issues (i.e. small wifi issue got solved quickly). The people around the small towns nearby were really friendly. It's a little bit of a drive up to the lakes/parks but didn't mind the views on the way and it was worth it for such a fun property, just plan accordingly. We're recommending this place to our family and friends!!!

Summary: We all had an amazing time! The kids and family absolutely loved watching the train go by, swimming in the pool, s'mores by the fire, kayaking the river and so much more! Only a 40 minute drive to Watkins glen to enjoy the day at the Glen! Due to your amazing rental will be definitely returning in the future!

Summary: My family and I stayed at this home for a long weekend. It was clean and fairly comfortable. There were toys for the kid and plenty of space. Cons: the train runs right in front of the house and constantly (including middle of the night), shaking the house while blowing the whistle; very disruptive especially for the kid (and therefore, the adults). The kitchen was not stocked with ANYTHING except some paper towels and dish soap. We had to buy everything (salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc.); it would have been nice to at least have coffee to accompany the provided coffee maker on the counter, especially after the interrupted sleep we had with the train. We were given JUST enough towels/linens for 1 day, no extras for additional days, so we did laundry 2 days out of the 3 days we stayed. Since we were in-and-out a lot, we didn't contact the host. We also didn't get use out of the pool but the space looked lovely and inviting. Over all it was an OK stay.

Summary: Beautiful farmhouse with a ton of space. Pool was so great in the 90 degree heat, and the AC was a plus. We were really grateful for the baby items available (high chair, pack and play, walker), it was a huge perk! Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Our only challenge was that we weren't prepared with our own dish soap, dish sponge, paper towels, garbage bags, or Kleenex. We are used to staying at properties that provide a minimal amount of these things but only toilet paper and hand soap were provided. This isn't a deal breaker by any means, however since we weren't prepared, we scrambled for the first day and a half to get to the store for all these things. I just wish the listing was explicit in that guests should be sure to bring those items along. Overall though, we had a wonderful stay.

Summary: The property was well maintained and clean! The pool was a great perk! Our only little issue was when the description said “linens included” we thought that meant pool towels also so we did not bring our own. I was glad to find the Dollar General was close by! I ran over there to buy a few towels to use for the pool. Other than that everything was good! Hope we can visit again!
