Positive: The home was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is exceptional - extremely close to the Giza Pyramids with an amazing view and easy access. What made my stay truly special was the incredible hospitality from Hanna and her children Farida and Mahmood. They were so warm and welcoming that I felt like part of the family from the moment I arrived. Hanna’s home-cooked food was absolutely delicious. I also met other travelers there and had a great time connecting with them. The whole experience was so wonderful that I extended my one-day stay to four days!

Negative: Nothing - everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Positive: Mahmoud and Hanan are very kind, helpful, and willing to assist. They have an excellent vibe. The room was clean and had everything that was offered. The breakfast is generous. The view of the pyramids from the terrace is beautiful. I caught a cold and Hanan prepared soup and other things to help me through the illness. I had a great time, highly recommended. I hired Esam for his services to visit the Pyramids and he was fantastic! He also has a terrific eye for taking pictures.

Positive: Because I had such an excellent experience here the day before yesterday, I returned to Farida Pyramids Boutique Hotel after my Bahariya Oasis Tour. Mr. Mahmoud and his mother welcomed me warmly, and I was able to get plenty of rest. The next morning, I enjoyed a hearty and well-balanced breakfast, and Mahmoud’s mother kindly offered to prepare her homemade koshari for my lunch. It was very delicious and not oily at all—one of the best choices after a long walk. Farida Pyramids Boutique Hotel was like an oasis for me. During my stay, I felt completely free from any worries about scams. Although Egypt is still largely a male-centered culture, I believe that women can also stay here comfortably thanks to the presence of Mahmoud’s mother.

Positive: When I arrived at Farida Pyramids Boutique Hotel, I was exhausted from the repeated demands for extra charges by the taxi driver who had picked me up at Cairo Airport. Before that, I had also been dealing with troublesome people at the airport who approached me trying to scam me. However, the people at Farida Pyramids Boutique Hotel treated me simply as a tourist who wanted to learn more about Egypt. Although it was already past 3 p.m., Mr. Mahoud quickly understood my situation and offered me several wonderful options for enjoying the area around the pyramids. I chose the buggy tour and was able to enjoy a beautiful sunset with the three pyramids in the background—my first such experience. I was also grateful for their laundry service, which allowed me to wash most of my clothes. The process was extremely fast; I handed them my laundry around 3 p.m., and it was already finished by the evening. I also enjoyed the “kofta” I had at the neighboring hotel they operate together. If I compare it to Japanese food, it is similar to chicken tsukune. I’m sure I will choose this hotel again when I visit Cairo next time.

Positive: The meals prepared were very filling and they were able to accommodate all my allergies. They even provided some traditional Egyptian meals and they were very tastey.

Negative: The water pressure and hot water in the shower was great the very first night. Each night after it seemed to struggle. The property managers were very responsive in addressing it each time, but we would still be limited to short showers for hot water was limited.

Summary: The hosts/owners made our trip amazing, they were helpful in solving problems unrelated to the hotel

Positive: The view was amazing we can see the pyramids from the trace, the value of the money was good. They give us Welcome drink when we arrive to the hotel for free the food in the restaurant. It was too much delicious the people that they working there was helpful to help us a lot.

The value for money is truly amazing considering the comfort and the incredible room view of the pyramids. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the room service was always on time and efficient. My room was very clean, spacious, and well-prepared, with a comfortable bed (definitely a high bed rating). The WiFi connection was strong and reliable throughout my stay, which made everything more convenient. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with great variety, and the breakfast was especially enjoyable with a stunning pyramid view.
