Positive: It was quiet surroundings, with some nice cafes for breakfast, apartment is new, super clean. All works well! Janitor taking good care and explaining how to get around, views from balcony amazing.

Negative: All was good, but what we missed a bit were some kitchen things, if you plan to cook, you need to be super creative, therr is very minimum things in apartment. And maybe add something to make house more cozy, plants, pillows, paintings. And cause weather was cold especially room that was a shady side got very cold. So I recomment right to take a heaters. But it was great! (And those stairs that people are complaining, it is a hill station, so there are stairs everywhere! To get to apartment was easy, just a bit slow for me, Im having issues with foot.)
