Summary: Comfortable lodging for 2 families with kids. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary equipment for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner at the lodge. Only 30 minutes away from Mt Hood Meadows so the older kids took a 2 ski hour lesson in the afternoon and we were home by dinner!

Summary: We were here for 5 nights. Very clean, description spot on. Very comfortable and spacious. Lots of dishes which we appreciated, so we did not have to run the dishwasher frequently. Love the control that automatically turned off the BBQ. I am getting one for my house. The location is perfect between all the waterfalls and hikes west of hood river and mount hood and it's hikes. If we come to the area again would definitely want to stay here.

Summary: My friends and I stayed here for a Hood River mountain bike trip and had a blast. The cabin is great, lots comfortable beds and the kitchen and family room are great for shared meals and games! Close enough to Hood River for easy trips into town! Can't wait to go back!

Summary: My family stayed here while our child raced in the Wy'east Wonder. It was the perfect location close to Parkdale in Mt Hood and a great time of year to be in the area with all the orchards, fruit stands, wineries and breweries. The Svensen Lodge had everything we needed and lots of space to spread out. I'd go back in a heart beat!

Summary: Very beautiful home. We had a very comfortable nice stay for our daughter’s wedding. Beautiful setting among tall fir trees, very quiet and relaxing, very clean. The beds were confortable. Kitchen had everything you need to make a nice meals. The main floor bedroom, it did not have a closet to hang clothes, it had an antique armoire that smelled old and musty inside. Not the best place to hang our clothes for the our daughters wedding. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
