Summary: We have been to Minocqua yearly for 10+ years. We love the location of this house, right on the main road by the lake. It is perfect size for us, just two of us. I would say the only thing I would add would be additional pillows (flatter). I also think board games would be a nice additional. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay and we’ve stayed a lot of places on the island. Prob one of our favorites to date.

Summary: An adorable place and perfect for a family or two couples. Clean with modern furniture and appliances and perfectly appointed with all necessary cookware, although bring your own coffee and filters because there is a coffee pot, but not a Keurig. It’s located directly across the street from the lake and Thirsty Whale restaurant, 1/2 block from ski show, trestle, and the Bearskin Trail, and two blocks to downtown Minocqua . The outdoor patio is across from boat launch and great for people watching too. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to be able to walk to everything the town of Minocqua has to offer.
