We rent out our 105 sqm apartment with 45 sqm balcony in the Casares Beach II complex, furnished with great attention to detail, the apartment was completed and furnished in May 2018. The apartment has
2 bedrooms (one double bed 180 cm, two beds that can be used separately or put together) with fitted wardrobes, safe, both with exit to the terrace
2 bathrooms (large bathroom with double washbasin, bidet, toilet, whirlpool tub, window; small bathroom with large walk-in shower, bidet, window, toilet and vanity), kitchen of high quality and richly equipped with Bosch ceramic hob, hob and microwave, fridge and freezer, view of the mountains, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, blender, hand blender, baking molds, waffle iron, ice molds, knife block, WMF pot set
Living room with dining area, couch corner with 55 inch flat screen TV, reading corner

Since I myself am an allergy sufferer, we do not allow pets and the apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
Interim cleaning is possible on request and against payment on site to our German fairy godmother.

The beach is about 10 minutes on foot, on the way there is a children's playground with a small coffee shop and benches, by car you are in 2 minutes on the beach, there are plenty of parking spaces and a mini market

Port Sotto Grande about 15 minutes (highly recommended!)
Casares mountain village about 15 minutes, old white mountain village

Summary: Our stay at the Casares Beach property was delightful. A wonderful, clean home in a great location. Only issue we had was with initial check in. The property owners are in Germany so they provided a local contact for check in. No problem except the phone # for the local contact was incorrect. Not knowing if it was the phone number or our euro SIM cards in our phones led to confusion for a couple hours and delayed check in. We finally reached the owners and got the correct local contact # and all was well. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

Summary: Easy booking and quick response to all questions. We arrived at the apartment and we were greeted by Inge. The apartment is, well WOW! immaculate and luxurious. Fantastic space with huge terrace where we spent most of our time. The pool and surrounding area is well manicured, relaxing and never without a sunbed, which was an initial concern. Underground parking and 24 hr security which is brilliant. We had Fantastic holiday and we are looking forward to return. Many thanks Sabine & family.
