Positive: The arrival instructions were excellent. The unit was clean and well provisioned.

Negative: The parking area was quite muddy as the snow bank was thawing

Positive: The property was extremely clean (you could smell the cleanliness). Instructions were clearly explained (ex, check in and parking process). Messages are answered promptly. Bed is comfortable. Location is an 11 minute walk to Parliament and 24 minute walk to Byward Market.

Negative: The snow removal in the parking lot is poor (although this appeared to be what snow removal looked like throughout the city). There are some hidden holes in the floor under the mats that you will feel when you walk. I use Dove body wash and therefore familiar with the consistency and smell. I am pretty sure that the body wash inside the Dove labelled bottle is a different brand (bottle refilled with different soap).

Summary: I would stay here again.

Positive: The location was fantastic. Even in the dead of winter we were able to walk to the area we had plans in. It was incredibly clean and the bathroom was very nice and modern. The instructions provided by the manager were amazing and really made the whole process stress free. Coffee, tea, extra blankets made the experience extra comfortable.

Negative: It’s an older house with lots of character, but there is no sound proofing between the basement and apartment above. We could hear steps and muffled talking, but it wasn’t overly disturbing - just something to be aware of.

Summary: Great location, very clean, happy to recommend
