Positive: Home was inviting, accurate as described however kitchen was smaller than seen in photos. Beds were very comfortable! Host(James) was very responsive and helpful esp with restaurant suggestions Location was perfect for our local (non-beach) family event. The neighborhood was very quiet. Would consider staying again!

Negative: I think more can be done with the back yard space....shrubs along the fence, a bench, sturdier chairs with cushions, lighting, a small fire-pit, a swing and a telescope to watch the airplanes take off and land by the moonlight! Fun!

Negative: Everything was perfect, the air conditioning was a little hot during the day but at night it cooled down.

Negative: Some of the rooms had dust on the walls, and the floors were scratched and didn't look like they had been mopped. It had ants on the wall in the room towards the back on the first night
