Summary: Everything listed about this place is great! Very convenient and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and spacious. Just be aware of the noise upstairs. You can’t hear them talking but sometimes it seemed like they were rearranging furniture at 10 pm. One night the piano was playing late. Wasn’t a huge deal, us adults were up. But could maybe be an issue if you have some children that are light sleepers. Overall, the place is great and would stay again. Thanks for having us!

Summary: The stay here was wonderful overall. Great location, near town and easy to get in and out of. The online listing was exactly as described. Communication with the host was quick & consistent. The check-in process was great & we did not have to wait on our code to get in. Everything in this listing is very well thought out, & we had nearly everything you could think of you would need. Drinks and snacks were left as a complement of the host. The house was absolutely spotless. Shoes were left to wear in the house in addition to umbrellas. Everything was labeled as to where it was located throughout the house. We did have a service animal & there were questions from the host about that, as he did not receive the notification from VRBO. After explanation to the host of the Americans with Disabilities Act about service animals, issue was resolved. The host was quick to respond to messages. We were informed up front by the host that family lived upstairs and there would be noise. We knew that up front and booked anyway. I will say that the noise was often & loud mostly of footsteps and kids jumping around. At one point sounded like the floor was being sanded above us. You could rarely hear talking. He did let us know if it got too loud to let them know. Quiet time (about 11p-8a) was respected with no/minimal noise. There was a small issue with tiny ants, but Terro ant traps had placed outside - no fault of the host. Would definitely stay again !

Summary: We loved staying in Walton. It was half way between the Ark encounter and Creation Museum. We stayed as a family of 4 with my elderly parents. It is a walkout basement apartment, easy for my parents with no stairs. The apartment is big and bright and clean. They pay special attention to small details to enhance your stay. Like umbrellas, inside crocs, shampoo, some toys, some games, spices, coffee pods, a few snacks, suitcase racks, ice machine in fridge and lots of towels. Lots of thought put into enjoying your stay. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. We really enjoyed staying in the country and the cute stream and rolling hills made it a pleasant drive and nice to sit outside and BBQ. We would stay again if we returned to the area.

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The expansive basement apartment, with four very spacious bedrooms, could not have better suited our family and six children (8 and under). The hosts were very communicative and truly thought of everything. The place was immaculately clean, and it included everything that we needed and things we didn’t realize we would need! If you have littles, then the bunk room bedroom is a pure delight and makes it easy to be at the house for a while for nap times. Lastly, the property outdoors was expansive, and our kids could have played there the whole time! One note is that you will absolutely hear the owners upstairs. They were upfront with us about that before booking our stay, and we certainly heard them at times. We are used to traveling with white noise machines, earplugs, etc., so it didn’t bother us, but you should be prepared for that upfront. Otherwise, this is an A stay without question!

Summary: A great, spacious rental for family! Loved having plenty of room to gather in large living room and kitchen, and kids loved the play/game room. Everything was clean, everything was labeled neatly, and everything one could need was in the property! Check in was easy and straight forward. Host was attentive and great with communication. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: The property was in excellent condition, very clean and the owner provides everything you could need. Furnishings were very comfortable and well maintained. Kitchen had everything you needed with high end appliances. The kids did not want to leave their room, it had plenty of things to keep them entertained.
