Negative: No access to turn heating in room down, key system needs to be improved, code on key box didn't match, and it took a few hours to access room as another family had taken it as theirs..

Positive: Coulnt fault price! The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Easy access via bus route. 75 bus.

Negative: Only one set of towels, even though had two booked into the room No hair dryer, dint think to bring one but would have been handy to have. Alot of banging from upstairs, but no issue sleeping. My 8 year old slept soundly. No tv or entertainment, but considering the price not really a issue. The one bathroom thing is a issue. My daughter was desperate for the toilet, but it was in use so had to wait. A small toilet would be beneficial downstairs.

Positive: Large and comfortable room for the two of us. Coffee and sugar available for free. Kitchen with everything needed to cook a breakfast or any meal. Shared fridge. Quiet area that felt safe to walk at all times, close to bus stop, train station and to the mall. The pictures shows the actual place, though it might look larger than the actual size. Everything is new, clean and good looking. Landords are kind and they care about their property and the tenants. Very communicative.

Negative: Having a room in a shared house has two main inherent inconveniences: bathroom is shared (and there is only one) and the walls are not thick enough to be sound proof. Price is much lower than any alternative nearby and balancing pros and cons I consider this place a great, highly recommendable option.
