Positive: The host is extremely friendly. We forgot a phone in the house and he worried about it, sent it back to us, and he was anytime following up to make sure the delivery was arriving to us. Also, the instructions to get into the house were pretty clear and they contacted us before going there just in case we needed something.

Negative: The sofas could be more comfortable. But this is a minor thing.

Positive: Location was brilliant. House is beautiful and was clean and bright.

Negative: Lack mirrors in the house. None in any of the bedrooms. There was also only two dish washer tablets left for us which wasn’t ideal when we were there from Friday to Monday.

Positive: The house was lovely and clean and we really enjoyed our stay here. It wasn’t too far away from the centre, we could get a taxi easily. It was nice and quiet at night.

Negative: The only minor thing is that the beds and sofa beds weren’t very comfy. But the house itself was lovely.

Positive: Location close to motorway train station. and city centre. It had everything needed for a short stay.

Negative: We are used to using Airbnbs where the host would leave basic things like kitchen roll and shower gel/ shampoo for guests to use. Also lots of air fresheners around a property usually means they are there to mask a stale odour possible from the carpets. Also the lounge floor wasn’t clean . I spilt water on the floor accidentally.Wiped it up with toilet roll. The toilet roll was brown from dirt on the floor. May just has been that area but it was pretty grimy where I wiped. Also the outdoor space could do with steps to get up to and down

Positive: We were a group of 6 and found the property to be spacious and clean. We were all travelling from different areas so we found the location to be very convenient for routes from the M4 and M5. It is on the outskirts of the city but it was only £24 in an Uber to the centre and it is also on a bus route. It is very close to Cribbs causeway which is a massive shopping centre and there is conveniently a LiDL across the road from the property within walking distance. There was plenty of parking at the property for all our group. The host was great with communicating information and was kind enough to let us add a dog on last minute and Poppy loved her little doggy gift bag.

Summary: Fantastic value for money, I would definitely use again.

Positive: Warm, quiet and clean. Everything worked well and was very happy with the house. Will definitely stay again when visiting Bristol
