Positive: The facilities are good, but can be improved more. The owner@staff is so superb, serving us a very delicious breakfast.

Negative: The location a bit remote and isolated, but to those who are going to hike mount Rinjani, this is the perfect location.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Family Rinjani Bungalow. The location was perfect for us, as we love secluded areas away from the main tourist spots. The owner, Farid, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was even cleaner than expected and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and Farid went above and beyond by preparing some eggs for us since we had to leave early to catch a ferry to Kenawa Island. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Negative: It would be great if they could provide the Wi-Fi but it's not a big problem as we are using our own data.

Summary: A peaceful and comfortable stay with stunning views of Mount Rinjani and exceptional hospitality.

Positive: Farid, who runs the bungalows, was very welcoming and caring. We experienced a flat tire on our scooter, and he borrowed us his scooter so we could go for dinner and took us the next day to a mechanic to repair our tire. The bungalow is basic but has everything that you need - a comfy bed, hot water and a toilet. As a bonus Farid made us great banana pancakes for breakfast and the bungalows have a nice view of Mt. Rinjani.

Negative: Everything was good; the only thing is that the bungalows have opened small gaps above the doors, so it's not recommended to have a light on in the evening; otherwise, all the mosquitos might come to your bungalow (no mosquito net).

Positive: We were welcomed by friendly brothers who are running the cabins. They took good care of us, providing great breakfast, bringing us to a nice local restaurant nearby and organising tours and transport for us. Beautiful view at the border of the national park, we saw monkeys in the trees from our cabin.

Negative: A mosquito net would be nice to keep bugs away, airco is not provided but not needed as it gets colder at night in this area. The cabin didn’t lock properly, so this could be improved for a more safe feeing.
