Memory Maker House is our fully renovated historic property that feels like a new house. Guests say we thought of everything, and it feels like home. Enjoy the Blackstone grill, locally roasted coffee, separate workspace, kid-friendly essentials, EV charger. Unwind on the shaded deck or backyard patio. Cheer for your team on a 75" TV. Reward yourself with the MBR: king, 65” TV, en-suite. Ample parking with covered garage. Open floor plan DR/kitchen/FR. Minutes from UNI, the Dome, downtown. Lighted pickleball courts nearby.
We chose layout, furnishings, accommodations, supplies, etc. like their family would stay and/or work there. The living room has a pocket door which effectively turns the room into a dedicated workspace or an escape for kids to watch TV. The kitchen flows into the dining area, so big groups can have a meal together - at the kitchen island, dining table, or both. Upstairs you will find washer/dryer, master (king) bedroom/full bath, and three bedrooms/full bath. All bedrooms have black-out curtains. Three TV’s: 75” (family room), 65” (MBR), 55” (living room).

Summary: Michael and Andrea’s home was a great fit for our group. It was clean, comfortable and a perfect fit for a large group!
