Summary: Wonderful cabin on sprawling property, this rental was just what I needed to get a mental break. Depending on your mood for the day you can sit under the covered porch in a rocking chair, or go on an adventure across the creek to see the longhorns and take a hike. The owners are wonderful people that really work to male your stay special.

Summary: The photos can’t capture the tranquility of the location and coziness of the house.The location is breathtaking. It’s spacious and serene. If you are looking for a place to escape the rush of the everyday this is the spot to enjoy and reset. There are a lot of activities to do, there’s sitting areas outside, horseshoes and a creek nearby. The pond is also nice to enjoy.The house has many amenities needed for your stay. There’s a kitchen with refrigerator able to fit some beverages and some groceries. We cooked breakfast the few days we were there. There are many restaurants about 2-3 miles away from the house. Marylin’s (our host) recommendations were good choices. This was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway and I definitely recommend staying here.I appreciate Marylin’s quick response to my questions and her checking to make sure we arrived safely and to ask if we needed anything. Overall a pleasant stay! Looking forward to returning.

Summary: I chose this location as a place to clear my mind after a traumatic event in my personal life. Not only were the hosts very kind and gracious, but the location was perfect. I was able to explore the grounds and visit the animals and go on some nice hikes in the woods. It was relaxing and exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this property.
