Conveniently situated just 12 miles away from Dallas Fort Worth Airport, and positioned strategically at a 20-mile distance from Downtown Fort Worth, 6 miles from Southlake Town Square, 3 miles from the burgeoning business hub of Westlake, and 7 miles from the renowned Gateway Church in Southlake. Golf enthusiasts will relish our location between two exceptional golf courses - the prestigious Trophy Club Country Club and the scenic Sky Creek Ranch - both a mere 5 miles away. Access to Highway 114 is conveniently within a 5-minute drive.
The Space:
Unwind in the comfort of our meticulously designed residence, featuring 5 bedrooms plus a dedicated office area, and 3 well-appointed baths. The house boasts two separate air conditioning units so you'll always stay cool in the hot Texas summers! Immerse yourself in relaxation, as three of the beds, including the king size one, offer adjustable settings to meet your preference. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other four bedrooms have a queen size bed. Four bedrooms are equipped with closets to accommodate your belongings. The fifth bedroom offers a dresser within the room, with an adjacent hall closet and custom-built drawers for added storage convenience. Cozy up by the fireplace with ample firewood at your disposal.
We have installed a new hot tube that seats 8 people.
Ample parking space is provided along the lengthy driveway, and curbside parking in front of the house is available. All parking must be in our driveway or in front of our house. No parking is allowed in front of other houses on the road. Our street culminates in a peaceful cul-de-sac, enhancing the tranquil ambiance of our neighborhood.
We do allow 1 boat and 1 trailer and or 1 RV. If you bring a RV, contact us first.
Note: Our property sits on a quiet cul-de-sac road with around 23 other homes. As such, we must respect the residents living on our street. Our house is not available for rental to construction workers, for our home is nestled within a residential community. We do allow social gatherings, but NO PARTYING at the house. (Please send an email for questions regarding this).
Also it is not suited for commercial trucks or monster trucks. Thus, they will not be allowed on the property. We do not allow motorcycles as this could possible cause disturbances in our neighborhood.
The driveway will not be used to stage motor vehicles or equipment being used in any event, such as the Texas Motor Speedway.

Pets: We do allow two dogs. We will not take in dogs considered a mean bread, such as doberman pinchers and pit bulls. We do not want Great Danes due to their extraordinary size. No dogs to be allowed on the beds.

Summary: The house is wonderful. It is located in a great neighborhood and is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed to cook meals. The notebook of instructions provides all the information you need. The host was quick to reply to texts. The backyard and hot tub was perfect for our group. We hope to stay again when we visit the area in the future.

Summary: We were very happy with our stay here. There were 7 adults and we all had plenty of space in the house. The outside area was great and luckily we saw the Total Eclipse! The beds are extremely comfortable too. A very enjoyable stay.

Summary: This home was absolutely perfect. We had no issues whatsoever. The home had all the amenities you could think of and some you would'nt. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy and nicer than a high-end hotel. Literally all 5 of the beds are comfortable. This home had plenty of space to accommodate us while there working and we never felt crowded. For a group of 5 women was also felt safe- this neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and convenient. I would definitely recommend! It would get 10 stars if possible!!

Summary: We stayed here over Thanksgiving instead of getting a bunch of hotel rooms and I’m so glad we did. The property is as listed and super clean. The only surprises were related to how nice and well stocked the house is. While we didn’t actually cook here, I did prep food and the kitchen is very well outfitted. For all the coffee lovers…. There’s a really cool grinder, Ruta Maya beans, and a coffee maker. Our coffee drinkers were over the moon! We had one family of 4 and one family of 5 plus our pup. The youngest was 17, so basically 9 adults in one house. One side of the house has the master bedroom/bathroom, two regular bedrooms, and bathroom. The other side has two bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room. While we didn’t end up just hanging out here much, we certainly could have. The living room is large and the outdoor space is fabulous. I highly recommend this property! It’s so comfortable and has everything you need. If you’re unsure of anything, just ask Wayne. He is a fantastic host!

Summary: I just want to start off saying this house was more than amazing. I feel in love with the kitchen. The house has plenty of room for your family to stay. The backyard is huge, had a hot hub, and basketball goal for the kids. The host was amazing, had great communication, responded really fast to any questions, and had the house stocked with all basic necessities. Thank you for allowing my family and friends to stay here for my wedding weekend!

Summary: The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood and close to plenty of services, like manicure/pedicure, massage, farm to table restaurants and ice cream joints. There’s plenty to find close by! Inside the house there’s lots of space, beds are plush and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare full meals. The backyard is beautiful and a great place to play a game of PIG on the basketball goal. We had a great time at the property and would rent this space again with zero hesitation!
