Summary: The place was as described. It was clean, temperature was comfortable, pool was nice. Some major comfort upgrades need to be made though. This place could sleep about 10-11 people - but the upstairs living room only has a very cheap, very uncomfortable couch for three people plus an old/used beanbag. Why have such little seating / hangout space if there’s room to sleep so many more? We never found the remote for the upstairs TV - even after asking we were told to “look everywhere. Even strange places” Kitchen table was sufficient. Seating for 8. Kitchen cookware was lacking a bit. Small toaster.. only one frying pan/pot. Propane tank for the gas grill was empty so we had to pay to fill it - waiting on reimbursement for that. Bathrooms were nice - showers were nice and had great water pressure. Beds were decent but very low to the ground. Older people / people with bad knees may have trouble getting up out of bed. The pool itself was beautiful but the surrounding area and the path to the pool needed a lot of work. No pavers leading down to the pool and the grass was very rocky. The downstairs common area had the same issue as the living room upstairs. Very cheap uncomfortable couch with not nearly enough seating area. This property could be a great space with some much needed comfort and seating upgrades

Summary: All good except the outdoor areas needed considerable attention. We are aware it rained a lot the days before but the patio furniture had not been wiped off for months!!! And the entry ways and deck had not been cleaned for months either. The windows need screens - just for what happened - there was a power outage and if we opened the windows, without screen bugs came indoors!

Summary: The property was conveniently located for our weekend Showcase Soccer Tournament. The house was as advertised, clean, modern, and perfect for our group of 10. The kitchen and attached eating area was perfect for "family" style meals. The property was only a 20 minute drive to River City Sportsplex allowing our players to spend more time hanging out and relaxing between games.

Summary: Our family was in Richmond for a horseshoe tournament and just a family vacation at the same time. This property was everything we could ask for and more. Had a lot of space for everyone. It was clean and decorated nicely. We will definitely use this property again when in Richmond.
