Positive: The home is very welcoming and easy to check in as well to check out. It is in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The owner was fast in response.

Negative: First night my kids were gonna use the sheets to cover themselves when they said” eeeew mom the sheets on the bed are dirty stained” I did take pictures and report immediately. It was around 9/10 pm. We went to sleep but then at 1130ish pm the cleaning lady had entered the home without knocking but instead her own keys. She scared the heck out of my mom when she started moving her around saying she made sure it was all clean. Then she came to master room where my two young ones and I were sleeping!!!! She turned on the light and was moving my kids and I around trying to see the stain. It took me 20/30 min to understand what was going on and tried to make her leave. She was very unprofessional. I had never in my years of traveling and booking something this extreme happened. Not even in the worst hotels/motels. After that first night we decided we were just gonna put a lot of things on both doors. Also the shower in master room water pressure is not good. And washer and dryer not working conditions. And beds make a lot of noise and not comfortable.

Summary: Should’ve stayed with hotels/motels instead of a home.

Positive: The house has a great location, close to supermarkets and fast food restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The host is very responsive and courteous.

Negative: Need to improve the house cleaning. Every corner is covered in spider webs, and there’s dust under the furniture. The kitchen floor needs a thorough cleaning, and the backyard needs more attention. It’s a huge space, but it’s literally empty.

Summary: Potentially great, but there are areas that need improvement.
