Summary: The hotel staff were wonderful. The location was fabulous! 5 minute walk to restaurants & 20 minutes to a quiet beach. The swan paddle boats are a nice touch & the lobby is a cool hang out.

Summary: I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything worked perfectly, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel had a great atmosphere, and I really enjoyed my time there. I felt relaxed throughout my stay and had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Summary: The staff here was AMAZING. I would give more stars if I could. We were helped to our room by Jose who gave us some great tips about getting to our cruise the next day. The Vallet Representative Sally went above and beyond to help us avoid a near trip ruining swimming goggles crisis, a slight technical problem with ordering room service was immediately handled and corrected. We were so thank full to be able to take advantage of the "Cruise Parking" knowing our car was safe in good hands while we were gone. I highly recommend the Avocado toast for a light breakfast starter. The pool was perfect, Hot tub just right. And the room was comfortable and clean. We even used the gym which has chilled cold face towels available! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be staying again.

Summary: My stay had been Amazing The hotel is very elegant and well displayed with amenities. Loved the food in the mini restaurant Cafe Loved being our room cleaned daily... this is truly a 5 star Hotel I valet parked our vehicle and we were greeted and treated Extremely well It was wonderful when the cleaning team greeted us and wished us a blessed day each morning Thank you Luna for your warm hospitality and lovely treatment.... our Family really needed this ❤️
