Step into our bright main level featuring an inviting open seating area and a modern kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances (including a new stove!) and a stocked coffee bar. Relax in the cozy living room by the fireplace, enjoying scenic views and access to the deck with a grill.
Capture fun vacation moments in our dedicated "Instagram corner." Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms: two king-sized and two queen-sized beds, plus two convenient fold-out beds.

Summary: We were in Denver for my son's college graduation and 6 family members stayed in the home. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and comfortable. There was enough room to gather at meals and visit. The back deck was very nice and there's a view of the mountain range. My adult children used the hot tub and enjoyed it. The kitchen was fully stocked - they had everything we needed, even oil and some spices. There was even a small kitchen downstairs with a separate fridge. The location is very nice also with a little park right there and good restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: This house worked out perfectly for us. The space was great, the location could not have been better. It is a quiet neighborhood, the house is SO clean and spacious, and the back yard (even though weather didn't cooperate) was perfect for the pups!!

Summary: The home has a nice downstairs with a rec room, TV and large couch. Perfect for the little ones to play. Two private bedrooms share a bathroom as well.Upstairs are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and kitchen/living room, and large dining room. Plenty of space to spread out, and beautiful deck to eat on.. The home was clean, organized and comfortable for all ages. We spent five nights here, and loved the close playground/park with the little ones, and the Rec Center was walking distance. Very convenient to downtown or the mountains on I70. Great communication with the owner, and will definitely be back.
