Summary: I have no complaints with this house! The beds were comfortable, plenty of seating, everything is labeled and makes it easy to find things, the air works great, and we felt it was located close enough to everything we wanted to do. Also my 4 year old grandson enjoyed the book selection. Would totally recommend this house.

Summary: The home was clean and overall comfortable. Quiet older neighborhood not to far from downtown. The home was decorated well. The check-in process was hassle-free and the manager sent messages to check in on us. We would have appreciated more towels and additional locks on the doors to increase security, especially in the master which has 2 doors leading to the outside. Additionally, the electrical plugs in the bedrooms could use updating (unable to charge laptop or phone in the bedroom). But, in general, it was a pleasant experience.

Summary: We were in town for a baseball tournament. This was a nice place 10 minutes from the ballfield, in a quiet neighborhood. We loved all the great places to eat nearby or just a short drive to downtown Chattanooga.

Summary: This was the cutest little house! My husband, my children, my mother and my best friend all visited Chattanooga and we stayed in this house overnight rather than booking 2 overpriced hotel rooms. We were not disappointed. Close enough to town but out of the hustle and bustle. So many amenities included. Would love to stay longer. The owners did a fantastic job in decorating this house to fit the era.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here! Ryan was an excellent host and the place was super cute and clean. If you’re traveling with littles especially, this is the place for you! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in both bathrooms, a huge master with linens and robes that makes you feel like you’re at a hotel, an office area if you need to work, a kids bedroom with toys and books, and a kitchen stocked with anything you could need. There is coffee and tea with creamer and sugar provided. Will definitely stay here again!
