Summary: Great old farmhouse 5 minutes from Dreams Park. Very nicely remodeled. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Bathrooms were remodeled tastefully with all the amenities and more that you could need. Brand new washer and dryer which turned out to be very useful. Nice private pool area with plenty of seating, Great place to relax at the end of a long day at Dreams Park. Had a nice outdoor grill, but we did not use. Overall fantastic house in a great location if your kid is playing at Dreams Park. We saw some of the other parents rentals and this house was by far superior in regards to location, condition and price. Owner was easy to deal with and great at answering questions beforehand and during our stay.

Summary: We love the feel of a small farm town and old homes. The creaks of the wood stairs were charming and the 3 bedroom home overall was just perfect for our stay. The host was always accessible via message and communicated any expected yard maintenence visits with us ahead of time.You could tell the host considered the needs of their guests (soaps, detergents, plenty of pots & pans, etc) and made sure we would have what we needed.This is a great choice for your stay near Coopeerstown!
