Positive: Appreciated keys in the lock box and extras inside as well. Clear instructions for property and check out.

Negative: Understanding that it is an older home in the heat of summer, however it was very hard to keep the house cool. Individual cooling fan/units were in each room which helped, but struggled as well.

Negative: The street noise was quite loud. The driveway was in bad shape and a tripping hazard for my elderly husband.

Positive: The house was just right for our family. It was close to the sight seeing that we wanted to enjoy including the 4 corners and Mesa Verde. It wasn't very far from grocery stores either. All the things we needed to use to cook our meals were clean and ready to go.
