Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here over Easter! It has everything you need to accommodate a large group with children, including a well equipped kitchen, a variety of bedroom configurations, and toys, books and games for the kids. It was wild and stormy weekend for our visit but house was perfect for watching the weather come and go. Mangawhai experienced a power outage on our first night, and we were very pleased to find several torches located in the kitchens. The outdoor oven was a highlight, with pizzas and Easter roast lamb featuring on the menu! Thanks so much for having us Michael and Lyn, we hope to be back again soon :)

Summary: This is a beautiful property and was perfect for our large group. The multiple bedroom configurations worked well and having two kitchens and two lounges provided ample communal space. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy. Communication from the managers was very professional. which is to die for!

Summary: Couldnt ask for a better place to stay in mangawhai! Lots of space for the adults to relax and kids to play. Not to mention there is a very short walk down to the water from the house. Everyone in my group was very happy with the stay and said they would happily come again. The hosts Michael and Lyn were great at communicating and were very accommodating. Summary: Made for groups of friends with young kids. I didn’t actually leave the place all weekend. The kids LOVED it. Plenty of room. Super handy having two kitchens and the plastic bowls/ plates for little ones was perfect. Will definitely be back.
