The real highlight of this vacation rental is the backyard oasis. The backyard features a new three-hole putting green, disc golf baskets, cornhole and many other family friendly games!! Reminisce while swinging on the bench. Enjoy the heated pool for ultimate relaxation. Delight in the new patio with a pergola, adirondeck seating, and coffee loungers. Listen to the gentle rustle of the bamboo and palms while reading a book on the hammock, or take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk bordering the shell-covered yard. There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right? The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters. Plenty of place settings plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, air fryer, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)
Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $30.
Dining: Kitchen Counter with 4 stools. Dining room table that seats 8, with the option to seat an additional 2.
Outdoor Seating: Outdoor dining that seats 6. 4 Chaise loungers, two rocking loungers and four adirondack chairs, two hammocks, park bench and bench swing.
Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Summary: A wonderful house perfectly suited for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. Very tastefully furnished and decorated. We all enjoyed the pool, as well as the beach equipment. Communication with the host was excellent! Any issues that occurred during our stay were handled promptly. Thank you, Marisa and Darrin! We would love to return some day.

Summary: Loved the house! The owner was very informative about the property during the stay with minor hiccups that had happened to the house (ac unit and pool) she worked to make sure we were happy and comfortable! She would respond to questions right away. The house had everything you would need and they thought of extras that were so helpful. It does take some time to get to the beach with traffic the week we were there but this had nothing to do with the house or the description of the location, it’s just something to keep in mind.

Summary: Very spacious and comfortable home. Nice fenced in yard for our dogs and beautiful pool area. They area was perfectly located for any shopping needs and close to many beaches. Weather was perfect for February. Host kept in contact with us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Highly recommend.
