Positive: The host was very friendly, and the check-in process was clear and hands-off (everything was open and waiting for us to arrive). The space was great, perfect for our needs, very cute and quiet. Definitely not a place to party, which was exactly what we were looking for. Area is close to great coffee shops (give Ballers and Brew a shot!), restaurants, and there is a running path for those who enjoy a morning jog. The common sitting area is very peaceful.

Negative: The grill didn't seem to be working, so we took that off of the table, and a few extra touches would be very much appreciated: recycling bin for cans and glass, a larger garbage can under the sink, and a kitchen faucet that has pressure/reaches around the sink for easier cleaning. Very small things, loved the place overall.

Positive: This was a good location in a residential neighborhood. The place was clean and very nice appliances. Parking was easy. It was very easy to get into. Some accents were very thoughtful and lovely.

Negative: It was a very new place and needs some finishing touches. Blackout curtains in the bedroom are necessary because it is so bright in the morning. The lights could not be dimmed in the bedroom or living room and are very bright. It could use some more artwork, a coat rack, and a coffee table. Shower head needs to be put on correctly.
