Summary: The service was great. I was able to check in a little early Ben that I flew from the East Coast so that was great. Breakfast was excellent. Met a wonderful group of people there. Housekeeper Brenda amazing human being. She left us a beautiful note in our room, which put a smile up on our face.

Summary: The pictures looked good but once we got there we knew we chose the wrong hotel. First, there is onlu valet parking and if you didnt choose valet, you would have to find a parking on the street. Second, when walking to our room, the hallways were musty and dirty and there we knew, the room wasnt going to be great. When we walked into our room, it had a moldy smell. The smell was coming from the bathroom. We booked the two bed suite so the room had a couch. The couch hasnt been replaced for at least 20 years. It was dirty and tearing apart. The chair in the room looked like someone threw up on it and housekeeping didnt clean it fully. THE BEDS! not comfy at all and the blankets looked old. Nonetheless, the service at this hotel was great. They let us checkout and provided a full refund. I wished the room/hotel is more updated in all aspects in the future.

Summary: Staff were great; accommodating, friendly, attentive. We found that being next to the interstate freeway caused some noise issues for sleeping. We loved the breakfasts and pool / spa. The fitness room was pretty tiny. We used the valet for parking and I liked the texting system they had. The location was great for our visit to Universal Studios.

Summary: Our stay was great. Room was clean and had microwave and frig. Breakfast was exceptional with a friendly attendant and great food. Many options of hot and cold food. Cookies in the lobby in the evening was a nice treat and beverages also available. Staff friendly. Parking available on the street near the hotel so didn’t need valet parking. Close to airport. Would definitely stay again.
